Job summary

J Rose Enterprises Llc is seeking regional CDL-A drivers for steady year-round freight throughout the Southwestern states. Earn an average weekly pay of $1,200–$1,500, plus cents-per-mile mileage, and $20.00 per hour for detention and breakdowns. This is a full-time, W2 position with reliable freight and benefits.

Home time is weekly, with a 34–48 hour reset at home. Regional routes favor Southwestern travel, with high-efficiency drop-and-hook operations and mostly no-touch freight.

Pay & Compensation

• Weekly Earnings: $1,200 — $1,500 average weekly pay
• Mileage Pay: Competitive cents-per-mile (CPM) rates paid on all miles (loaded and empty)
• Supplemental Pay: Detention and breakdown pay at $20.00 per hour
• Classification: Full-time, W2 position with steady year-round freight

Schedule & Home Time

• Home Time: Home weekly for your reset (typically 5 to 5.5 days out on the road)
• Reset Duration: Reliable 34 to 48-hour reset at home
• Operating Area: Regional routes running primarily throughout the Southwestern states

Freight & Equipment

• Freight Type: Dry van, 100% no-touch freight
• Operation: High-efficiency drop-and-hook (approximately 70%), with remaining loads being live load/unload
• Equipment: Newer, well-maintained Kenworth, Freightliner, and International models
• Convenience: Take-home truck privileges allowed during your weekly home time

Minimum Requirements
