Job summary

J Rose Logistics is seeking a full-time Class A CDL truck driver for regional routes in the Southwestern United States. The role offers weekly earnings of $1,200–$1,500 with a competitive CPM on all miles (loaded and empty).

Detention and breakdown pay are $20 per hour, and there is a solid 401(k) match and paid time off. Home time is weekly, with 34–48 hour resets at home, and 70%+ drop-and-hook operation.

Job description

Pay & Compensation

• Weekly Earnings: $1,200 - $1,500 average weekly pay
• Mileage Pay: Competitive cents-per-mile (CPM) rates paid on all miles (loaded and empty)
• Supplemental Pay: Detention and breakdown pay at $20.00 per hour
• Classification: Full-time, W2 position with steady year-round freight

Schedule & Home Time

• Home Time: Home weekly for your reset (typically 5 to 5.5 days out on the road)
• Reset Duration: Reliable 34 to 48-hour reset at home
• Operating Area: Regional routes running primarily throughout the Southwestern states

Freight & Equipment

• Freight Type: Dry van, 100% no-touch freight
• Operation: High-efficiency drop-and-hook (approximately 70%), with remaining loads being live load/unload
• Equipment: Newer, well-maintained Kenworth, Freightliner, and International models
• Convenience: Take-home truck privileges allowed during your weekly home time

Minimum Requirements

• License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
• Experience: Minimum of 6 months of verifiable Class A tractor-trailer driving experience
• Recent Activity: Must have verifiable commercial driving activity within the last 90 days
• SAP drivers welcome if step 6 is complete and driver has some experience with another carrier after completion
