J Rose Logistics is seeking CDL-A Truck Drivers for Southwest Regional routes with 100% no-touch freight. You’ll enjoy consistent weekly earnings, a full home time each week, and take-home truck during resets. Drive newer equipment and get paid for loaded and empty miles.

The role features 5 to 5.5 days on the road, 34 to 48 hours at home, and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, and life insurance. Retirement with company match is offered.

What We Offer (Pay & Benefits)

• Consistent Weekly Pay: $1,250 - $1,500 weekly average.
• CPM Paid on All Miles: Get paid for both loaded and empty miles.
• Home Weekly: Spend 5 to 5.5 days on the road, with a full 34 to 48-hour reset at home.

Freight & Equipment

• Drop & Hook: High efficiency with 70% drop-and-hook (remaining is live load/unload).
• Type of Freight: Dry Van.
• Modern Fleet: Drive newer, well-maintained equipment (Kenworth, Freightliner, and International).

Qualifications & Requirements

• License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A).
• Experience: Minimum of 6 months of tractor-trailer driving experience.
• Recency: Must have verifiable driving experience within the last 90 days.
• SAP Drivers welcome if step 6 is complete.
