Job summary

J Rose Enterprises is seeking a full-time Class A CDL truck driver for regional work across the Southwestern states. This position offers weekly earnings of $1,200–$1,500 with mileage, plus detention and breakdown pay.

Drivers are home weekly, enjoy 34–48 hour resets, 70% drop-and-hook freight, and 100% no-touch loads in dry van equipment. Take-home truck privileges are allowed during weekly home time, with comprehensive benefits.

Job description

Pay & Compensation

• Weekly Earnings: $1,200 - $1,500 average weekly pay
• Mileage Pay: Competitive cents-per-mile (CPM) rates paid on all miles (loaded and empty)
• Supplemental Pay: Detention and breakdown pay at $20.00 per hour
• Classification: Full-time, W2 position with steady year-round freight

Schedule & Home Time

• Home Time: Home weekly for your reset (typically 5 to 5.5 days out on the road)
• Reset Duration: Reliable 34 to 48-hour reset at home
• Operating Area: Regional routes running primarily throughout the Southwestern states

Freight & Equipment

• Freight Type: Dry van, 100% no-touch freight
• Operation: High-efficiency drop-and-hook (approximately 70%), with remaining loads being live load/unload
• Equipment: Newer, well-maintained Kenworth, Freightliner, and International models
• Convenience: Take-home truck privileges allowed during your weekly home time

Minimum Requirements

• License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
• Experience: Minimum of 6 months of verifiable Class A tractor-trailer driving experience
• Recent Activity: Must have verifiable commercial driving activity within the last 90 days
• Safety & Background: Must meet standard Department of Transportation (DOT) safety, background, and drug/alcohol screening requirements. Prior safety infractions, accidents, or criminal history are reviewed on a case-by-case basis in compliance with applicable local laws.
• SAP Drivers acceptable if step 6 has been completed and no follow-up testing is needed.
