Job summary

APP Group, a world-leading paper company, seeks a Sales Manager to lead sales development and drive new customer acquisition across the Southern US. This Individual Contributor role focuses on hunter-driven growth, developing multi-state coverage and expanding the tissue portfolio.

You’ll build strong relationships with converters, distributors, and key accounts, monitor market trends, and execute regional strategy to grow market share while upholding sustainability commitments and customer

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years in commercial roles within the tissue industry or related fields.
• Experience with Away-from-Home or Consumer Tissue is preferred.
• Knowledge of tissue converters in the region and B2C tissue finished goods expectations.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building capabilities.
• Adaptable, hands-on, growth-oriented and commercially driven.
• Comfortable managing a multi-state region in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a regional sales strategy for the Southern US to grow market share and volume.
• Build strong partnerships with tissue converters, distributors, and key accounts.
