Job summary

NEXHR is seeking a Regional Sales Manager with tissue manufacturing experience and chemical applications to lead a high-performing regional sales team. The role is fully remote, but you must be based in the western US and willing to travel across the west region to support customers.

You will drive revenue growth, manage pricing activities, build strategic customer relationships, and contribute to global and regional strategies through planning, coaching, and execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or any Engineering area or Business Administration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with plans.
• Retain customers and expand business through new applications.
• Identify new markets and industries.
• Report forecasts using Ackumen and Dynamics.
• Lead and mentor regional sales team.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers.
• Conduct regular business reviews and strategic meetings.
• Manage pricing activities and profitability.
• Support product launches and field initiatives.
• Collaborate with supply chain for optimal practices.
