Job summary

OMNIX Flooring is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to develop Southern California and build our dealer network. The ideal candidate thrives in outside B2B flooring sales, builds strong dealer relationships, and drives growth with professional industry knowledge.

You will prospect, present, and close with a focus on sustainable revenue, profitability, and long-term partnerships. This role offers an uncapped commission plan and company support for growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of successful B2B outside sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow flooring sales throughout Southern California.
• Prospect and open new flooring dealers, distributors, contractors, builders, designers, and commercial accounts.
• Build long‑term relationships with customers and become a trusted resource for their flooring needs.
• Conduct regular customer visits, product presentations, sample placements, and sales follow‑ups.
• Develop and execute a territory sales plan to achieve revenue, gross profit, and account‑development targets.
• Manage the complete sales process, from prospecting and quoting to order follow‑up and account development.
• Work closely with management, operations, warehouse, and customer‑service teams to support customers.
• Represent OMNIX Flooring professionally at customer meetings, trade events, and industry functions.
