Job summary

Inland Kenworth U.S. is seeking a Regional Parts Sales Manager – Southern California to develop, maintain, and grow truck parts sales and profitability across the region, in collaboration with branch management and PSRs.

Location flexibility in the greater Los Angeles area, the Inland Empire or Orange County; responsibilities include vendor training coordination, supervising PSRs, monitoring accounts, and driving customer service and territory plans.

Qualifications

• Three years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Solid sales and customer service background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and achieves maximum sales volumes for the parts unit.
• Conducts sales calls with PSRs to promote products and promotions.
• Leads by example and collaborates with branch management.
• Monitors PSR accounts and ensures CRM alignment.
• Manages territory planning and budget adherence.
