Southeast Regional Sales Manager – Food Industry Equipment (Protein Sector)

Remote with Travel (Up to 50%)

Full-Time | Reports to: Executive Vice President

We're seeking a Regional Sales Manager with strong technical knowledge of poultry and beef processing environments, and a track record of selling equipment solutions to plant-level and senior corporate decision-makers.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop new business and grow existing accounts with major protein processing companies.
  • Build relationships at both the plant floor and senior executive levels.
  • Translate customer needs into equipment solutions and support long-term partnerships.
  • Travel frequently (40–60%) for onsite visits, demos, audits, and trade shows.
  • Report sales activities and pipeline updates directly to the Executive Vice President.

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of successful capital equipment sales experience in the protein industry.
  • Strong network within poultry and beef processing plants and corporate offices.
  • Deep technical understanding of processing environments, challenges, and customer priorities.
  • Self-driven, highly organized, and capable of managing a full sales cycle independently.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
