Job summary

Breg, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor, Field Service to lead a team of Field Service Representatives and Patient Service Representatives in the Southeast, including the Franklin, TN area.

The role focuses on coaching, performance management, and ensuring high-quality patient care across orthopedic bracing and supply programs. The supervisor will drive staffing, scheduling, and field visits, partnering with Sales, Billing, and Solutions teams to improve workflows, accuracy, and service consistency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in field service leadership or equivalent.
• Associate's degree in a healthcare-related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading teams across multiple locations/time zones is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software/systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Field Service Representatives (FSRs) and Patient Service Representatives (PSRs).
• Oversee scheduling, staffing, and field operations to meet KPIs and service standards.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, FDA requirements, and company policies.
• Collaborate with Sales, Billing, Solutions Teams and account leadership to optimize workflows.
• Perform site visits and ride-alongs to coach and ensure best practices.
