Breg, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor, Field Service in Orlando to lead a team of Field Service Representatives and Patient Service Representatives across hospitals, clinics, and urgent care settings.

You will drive coaching, scheduling, and service excellence while partnering with Sales, Billing, and Solutions teams. The role emphasizes field presence, performance monitoring, and adherence to HIPAA and FDA requirements, with opportunities to advance a regional service program and optimize

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a healthcare-related field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in orthotics, athletic training, sports medicine, durability medical equipment (DME), or patient care.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience leading and/or managing teams in a field-based, clinical, operational, or healthcare environment, including remote and in-office staff across multiple locations and time zones.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with standard workflows and procedures in orthopedic clinics or physician offices.
• Holds and maintains applicable certifications such as ABC CFo, BOC, athletic training licensure, orthopaedic technologist certification.
• Previous experience in DME is required.
• Proficient in orthopedic bracing and related procedures.
• Proficient with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams; able to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Field Service Representatives and Patient Service Representatives.
• Conduct field ride-alongs and site visits to supervise workflow and provide feedback.
• Manage scheduling and staffing for FSRs/PSRs across locations.
• Monitor KPIs, compliance, and performance; implement corrective actions.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training of the team.
• Create onboarding plans and maintain up-to-date training content.
• Lead team meetings and territory performance reviews.
• Handle administrative tasks related to timekeeping, pay, and policy administration.
• Ensure policy and HIPAA compliance across operations.
