Qualifications

• Must be an effective communicator both in writing and verbally.
• Ability to engage with patients and provide excellent customer service even in escalated situations.
• Associates degree or healthcare certification or equivalent experience in orthotics or patient care is required.

Responsibilities

• Educates physicians and clinical staff on Breg's orthopedic bracing and supply program.
• Measures and fits patients with orthopedic products and provides instructions for proper use.
• Delivers exceptional patient service and timely follow-up per company policies.
