Job summary

Johnson & Johnson seeks an Associate Director, Southeast for the Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) team within the PECS group. This field-based role covers Atlanta, GA; Miami, FL; Washington, DC; and Raleigh, NC, focusing on access and fulfillment for JJIM patients.

The ideal candidate will lead up to 10 FRMs, drive strategic planning, mentor talent, and collaborate with Sales, Brand, Market Access, and Medical while traveling extensively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA/grad degree preferred.
• Minimum 8 years healthcare business experience.
• Knowledge of account management, managed care and reimbursement principles.
• 3+ years of direct people management.
• Willing to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a diverse FRM team with access & fulfillment responsibilities.
• Maximize access & fulfillment impact for JJIM patients starting or staying on therapy.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, SCG, Marketing, Brand, and Field Sales.
• Develop long and short-term plans; ensure timely execution of tactics.
• Manage budget aligned with team objectives and resources.
