Qualifications

• Hands-on municipal (city/county) classification and/or compensation study delivery.
• Ability to lead or support job analysis, market pricing, and structure design.
• Willing to travel for client on-sites as a 1099/project-based collaborator.
• Nice to have: Southeast municipal public-sector references; CCP, SPHR credentials.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support municipal classification and compensation studies for SE city and county clients.
• Conduct job analysis, market pricing, pay-structure design, and stakeholder workshops.
• Build comparator peer sets for Southeast municipalities and school districts.
• Produce reports, ranges, and implementation recommendations for HR and leadership.
• Present findings to boards, councils, and executive sponsors.
• Contribute SE municipal class/comp content to AlphaGov proposals (when permissioned)
