AlphaGov (Casa Moon LLC d/b/a AlphaGov) seeks an experienced municipal classification and compensation consultant to support Southeast city and county clients. The role emphasizes hands-on study delivery, job analysis, market pricing, and client workshops, with travel as needed for on-sites.

Remote-first engagement with travel to client sites across South Carolina, North Carolina, and Georgia. Prior Southeast public-sector references and credentials like CCP or SPHR are welcome but not required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on municipal classification and/or compensation study delivery.
• Ability to lead or support job analysis, market pricing, structure design, and client workshops.
• Willingness to travel as a 1099/project-based collaborator for client on-sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support municipal classification and compensation studies for SE city and county clients.
• Conduct job analysis, market pricing, pay-structure design, and stakeholder workshops.
• Build comparator peer sets for Southeast municipalities and school districts.
• Produce reports, ranges, and implementation recommendations for HR and leadership.
• Present findings to boards, councils, and executive sponsors.
• Contribute SE municipal class/comp content to AlphaGov proposals when permissioned.
