Job summary

Right Way Medical is looking for a full-time field sales representative / territory manager to cover the southeastern and Mid-Atlantic regions, selling to post-acute markets including Long-Term Care, Ambulatory Infusion Centers, Specialty Pharmacies and Home Infusion.

The role emphasizes product and pricing negotiation, building lasting customer relationships, timely reporting, and achieving growth targets with a competitive compensation package and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 year degree and outside selling experience, preferably in the medical field.
• Comfortable with problem solving and independent management.
• Good listener with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong track record of closing new business and forging deep relationships.

Responsibilities

• Selling Right Way Medical’s products and services to Home Infusion, Long term Care Pharmacies, and Specialty IV clinics
• Product and pricing negotiation on disposable and capital items
• Selling Right Way Medical’s biomedical service capabilities
• Implement and teach specific equipment to clinicians and end users in each market
• Ability to provide Sr Management with timely reports and analysis as needed.
