Sonoma Land Trust is seeking a Southeast Greenway Project Coordinator to support the Southeast Greenway in Santa Rosa, CA. The role focuses on project administration, systems management, and coordination across staff, volunteers, and partners.

The position is a 2-year term, full-time, 40 hours weekly, non-exempt, with a starting hourly wage of $38 and a hybrid work model. Office in Santa Rosa, CA, with some field work required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in nonprofit operations, project management, or executive assistance.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills across multiple schedules and stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for meeting notes and reports.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Box, and Google Drive in Windows environments; valid CA driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling, communication, and workflow among staff and volunteers.
• Prepare agendas, materials, and document decisions and action items.
• Manage logistics for community engagement events, meetings, and outreach.
• Draft timely project updates, briefs, and donor or city reports.
• Maintain calendars, invoices, contracts, and related project documentation.
• Provide logistical support for meetings, site visits, and donor activities.
