Job summary

Hayward Holdings Inc. is seeking a District Sales Manager to drive sales of Hayward Flow Control products across the Southeast (AL, FL, MS, GA, Caribbean). You will expand distributor stocking, train distributor teams, and partner with reps on customer calls and projects.

The role focuses on growing municipal water and chemical process sales, strengthening distribution partnerships, and collaborating with product management and marketing on campaigns and launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years in industrial sales or channel management.
• Experience with municipal water or chemical process applications.
• Proven success expanding distributor relationships across multiple branches.
• Strong technical and presentation abilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to grow sales in municipal water and chemical process markets.
• Expand distributor stocking and field-level engagement.
• Conduct regular branch visits to audit stock levels and gaps.
• Deliver comprehensive training to distributor sales teams on product applications and value propositions.
• Partner with distributor reps on joint calls, product demos, and projects.
• Collaborate with Hayward’s regional managers on promotions and product launches.
• Track key metrics in CRM and report progress.
• Represent Hayward Flow Control at industry events and training sessions.
