Hayward Holdings Inc., headquartered in Charlotte, NC, seeks a District Sales Manager for the aftermarket segment to drive territory growth and strengthen distributor relationships. You will lead initiatives to grow replacement equipment sales, launch new products, and expand product penetration across pumps, filters, heaters, and automation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; 4-year degree preferred.
• 3+ years technical experience in the pool industry, ideally in a field-management role.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
• Strong consultative selling, prospecting, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel extensively throughout the territory.

Responsabilités

• Develop territory business plan focused on aftermarket sales growth.
• Identify and convert targeted service companies to increase Hayward product adoption.
• Build strategic relationships with B-target accounts and implement development plans.
• Conduct regular joint sales calls with distributors and key aftermarket customers.
• Deliver product demonstrations, technical training, and educational programs to service companies and retailers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support customer needs and feedback.
• Manage replacement equipment opportunities across product categories.
• Prepare monthly business reviews, territory plans, and forecasts.
