Hayward Holdings Inc. in Charlotte, NC is seeking a District Sales Manager for the Aftermarket segment. You will lead territory growth, build distributor relationships, and drive replacement equipment opportunities across pumps, filters, heaters, and related products.

The role requires travel throughout the territory, strong consultative selling, and proficiency with CRM systems. Bachelor's degree or pool-industry experience is preferred.

Formación

• High school diploma required; 4-year degree or pool industry experience preferred.
• 3+ years of technical pool-industry experience, ideally in field management.
• Experience with pool products, repairs, and applications.
• Proficient with CRM tools and reporting systems.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute territory business plan focused on aftermarket sales growth.
• Identify and convert targeted service companies to increase adoption of Hayward products.
• Build strategic relationships with key accounts and implement development plans.
• Conduct joint sales calls with distributors and aftermarket customers to drive opportunities.
• Support distributors in inventory, product introductions, and growth initiatives.
• Deliver product demonstrations and technical training to service companies and distributors.
• Leverage Salesforce CRM to manage engagement, pipeline, and forecasts.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
