Job summary

Hayward Holdings Inc. is seeking a District Sales Manager - Aftermarket to drive replacement equipment sales and expand market penetration across the aftermarket channel.

You will prospect service companies, launch new products, and forecast performance utilizing Salesforce, while building strong distributor relationships. This role requires 3+ years of technical pool industry experience, strong consultative selling skills, and willingness to travel across the territory to achieve revenue

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s level knowledge not required but preferred for some roles.
• Ability to analyze territory performance and create actionable plans.
• Experience selling through distribution and service company networks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory business plan focused on aftermarket sales growth.
• Identify, prospect, and convert service companies to Hayward products.
• Build strategic relationships with B-target accounts and implement development plans.
• Conduct joint sales calls with distributors and key customers to drive growth.
• Utilize CRM to manage pipeline and forecast sales performance.
