The role involves supervising field crews, coordinating with engineering and project teams, managing budgets and schedules, enforcing safety, and representing OBR with clients across sites.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in field cooling tower construction with a minimum of 4 years as a foreman in cooling tower construction.
• Construction management experience preferred.
• Experience supervising field crews and coordinating with multiple teams is essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervising field crews and maintaining customer satisfaction
• Delivering projects within contract, budget, and schedule
• Enforcing safety standards and demonstrating strong leadership
• Collaborating with engineering, project management, purchasing, and construction teams to meet client expectations
• Interface with clients and represent OBR on all project aspects
• Supervise, mentor, and train field technicians, Foremen, Leadmen, and crews
• Prepare daily reports, time reports, and final close-out documentation
• Develop and manage budgets, schedules, and work plans
