Job summary

Genetec is seeking a Regional Sales Director for the Southeast region to drive partner engagement and revenue growth across Atlanta, the Carolinas, and Florida. The role reports to the National Sales Director and is remote with up to 75% travel.

You will lead the regional partner team, expand channel partnerships, and align initiatives with Genetec’s strategy while building strong relationships with customers and integrators.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in the security industry, preferably with VMS, Access Control or PSIM.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong leadership and relationship-building skills with customers and partners.

Responsibilities

• Deliver partner revenue objectives across the Southeast region.
• Lead and develop the Account Executive team and channel partners.
• Align partner strategies with Genetec’s corporate goals and program initiatives.
• Oversee partner pipeline, forecasts, and CRM reporting to provide accurate insights.
• Coach and develop a diverse sales team to meet growth targets and close deals.
