Job summary

MinIO in the United States seeks a Partner Manager to grow the channel partner ecosystem and drive partner-led revenue. You will recruit, onboard, and enable partners, while coordinating with sales and product teams to execute joint GTM initiatives.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in channel management within tech/storage, strong communication, and analytic capabilities to optimize partner performance in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience in channel partner management in technology/storage sectors.
• Deep understanding of the US channel market and partner dynamics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Ability to collaborate across fast-paced, cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to expand MinIO's market presence.
• Nurture and develop existing channel relationships for mutual growth and success.
• Grow partner-led pipeline and achieve partner attached ARR targets.
• Collaborate on go-to-market strategies and co-selling opportunities.
• Track KPIs, forecast opportunities, and optimize partner performance.
