Job summary

MinIO is seeking a Partner Manager to build the US channel partner ecosystem and drive partner-led growth. You will recruit, onboard, and nurture channel partners, align strategies with internal teams, and co-sell with partners to expand opportunities.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in channel partner management within tech/storage, excellent communication, and deep US market knowledge to propel MinIO’s partner ecosystem forward.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years in channel partner management in tech/storage.
• Deep understanding of the US market and channel dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Channel Development: Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to expand MinIO's market presence.
• Strategic Planning: Align channel strategies with business objectives and drive joint initiatives.
• Partner Enablement: Provide training and resources to partners for better sales outcomes.
• Performance Analysis: Track KPIs and forecast partner opportunities.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with Sales and cross-functional teams to resolve partner needs.
