Job summary

Dolce & Gabbana Beauty USA Inc. seeks a dynamic Field Trainer to lead education initiatives across the Southeast, elevating product knowledge, selling excellence, and client experience in fragrance, makeup, and skincare.

You will partner with retail teams, tailor content to local market needs, and travel extensively to support seminars, events, and on-the-ground training, ensuring brand standards and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of training, field education, or retail experience in beauty or luxury.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
• Strong knowledge of fragrance, makeup, and skincare categories.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the Southeast region.
• Highly organized with strong project management and coordination skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and lead training programs across fragrance, makeup, skincare, and selling skills for diverse audiences.
• Provide in-store support for sell-out initiatives and events across the Southeast.
• Coordinate logistics for trainings, including materials, travel, and venues.
• Lead seminars, workshops, and regional sales meetings.
• Uphold brand standards and deliver engaging education to elevate client experience.
