Job summary

DOLCE&GABBANA is seeking a Regional Field Trainer to lead education initiatives across the Midwest region, elevating product knowledge, selling excellence, and client experience in Fragrance, Makeup, and Skincare.

The role combines hands-on training delivery with strong field presence, supporting sell-out performance and brand standards. Travel across multiple markets will be required to engage teams and partners with DG's education strategy.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in training, field education, or retail within the beauty or luxury industry.
• Strong knowledge of fragrance, makeup, and skincare categories.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences across different training formats.
• Highly organized with strong project management and coordination skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to travel extensively across the region.
• Passion for luxury beauty and an understanding of DG's brand DNA.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and lead training programs across fragrance, makeup, skincare and selling skills for various audiences (beauty consultants, staff, retail operators) in-person, in-store, on stage, online.
• Drive learner engagement and apply the DG education strategy with strong group-dynamic skills and empathy.
• Represent DG values and image, delivering product knowledge and service excellence at the point of sale.
• Adapt training content and materials to meet audience needs.
• Provide ongoing support for sell-out initiatives, on-counter activities, and event field support.
• Act as a selling and service authority across the region.
• Stay informed on trends, competitors, and product innovations.
