Job summary

Dolce & Gabbana Beauty is seeking a Sales and Training Executive to lead retail performance across designated Department Store partners in the United States. You will develop strategies, coach teams, and partner with the Regional Sales Manager to drive sales, training, and events.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills; travel about 50% across the territory; ability to work from home one day per week; and a passion for luxury beauty.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or 3 years in cosmetic or retail management.
• Proven experience in managing, motivating, and training teams in cosmetics/retail.

Responsibilities

• Create strategies and lead execution across designated territory.
• Weekly communication with Regional Sales Manager regarding performance and strategy to achieve.
• Monitor rank and performance per store and adjust strategy to reach goals.
• Report weekly, monthly, seasonally, and yearly retail performance to the team.
• Identify opportunities to improve and grow the Dolce & Gabbana Beauty business with store personnel.
