Job summary

Dolce & Gabbana Beauty USA Inc. is seeking a dynamic Regional Field Trainer to lead education initiatives across the West region, elevating product knowledge, selling excellence, and client experience in-store.

You will deliver training across fragrance, makeup, and skincare, oversee logistics, and travel extensively to support retail teams and brand standards. This role combines education with hands-on field presence to drive sell-out performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in training, field education, or retail within the beauty or luxury industry.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences across different training formats.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and lead training programs across fragrance, makeup, skincare, selling skills in-person, in-store, on-stage, online.
• Drive learner engagement and apply the education strategy with strong group-dynamic skills.
• Embed brand values and image, demonstrating excellence in product knowledge and service at the point of sale.
