Precision Monitoring in the United States is seeking an Area Sales Manager for the Southeast region. This role drives revenue growth, oversees the sales team, and ensures customer satisfaction through strategic leadership and operational oversight.

The ASM will report to the VP of Sales, manage field sales activities, and coordinate with marketing, product, and operations to optimize territory coverage and performance. Travel is 30–70% and requires regular regional field visits.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 3–7+ years of sales experience, with leadership or supervisory experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
