Job summary

Revelyst Golf Technology is seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager to drive revenue, grow market share, and strengthen customer relationships in South Texas. The role focuses on territory planning, account development, and cross‑functional collaboration, reporting to the Regional Sales Director (Central) and based in Houston, San Antonio or Austin.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in outside sales or territory management.
• Experience leading or mentoring sales representatives preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth and manage complex sales cycles.
• Willingness to travel regionally, including overnight stays.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a vehicle safely.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic territory plans aligned with company objectives.
• Analyze sales data, pipeline activity, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with key and strategic accounts while supporting broader coverage.
• Travel regionally to call on golf courses, retailers, fitting centers, academies, colleges, and partners.
• Demonstrate products, deliver trainings and presentations.
• Represent Revelyst Golf Technology at trade shows, demo days, tournaments, and regional events.
• Maintain a sales pipeline in CRM and provide forecasts to leadership.
