Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics is seeking a Regional Quality Assurance Manager to develop, improve, and implement the DSV Quality Management System (QMS) across warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping and related functions. This role tracks, investigates and corrects OS&D issues.

You will train site management and staff on QMS components, lead audits, coordinate recalls, and drive CAPA, KPIs, and reporting to ensure GMP, FDA, ISO, HACCP compliance across facilities in multiple

Qualifications

Must have High School diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
5 years’ experience in a medium to large warehouse in a management capacity.
2 years’ experience as a Quality Manager; GMP knowledge desirable.
Preferred knowledge of ISO, HACCP, 21CFR, FDA, SQF.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the site QMS documentation such as procedures, work instructions, visuals.
Coordinate all requirements related to the 5 Star Site Certification Program.
Lead site teams to respond to client complaints and root-cause analysis for CAPA.
Train site management and employees on QMS components and requirements.
Develop and monitor KPIs and metrics for quality related processes.
Coordinate recalls, hold notifications, stop-shipments in consultation with customer management.
