Applied ABC seeks a Clinic BCBA in Salt Lake City, Utah to manage an active caseload with supervision and treatment planning. The role includes delivering supervision to ABA therapists and leading behavioral skills training with families.

You will create behavior support plans, perform assessments like VB-MAPP, Vineland, and ABLLS, and coordinate care with families while maintaining data collection and progress reporting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Active Board certification – passed the BACB exam.
• Current 8-hour supervision certificate and supervision experience.
• Experience creating behavior support plans.
• Experience with VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS assessments.
• Experience with autism spectrum disorder and clinical supervision.
• Reliable transportation and US work eligibility; willing to relocate or travel to office.

Responsabilités

• Maintain an active caseload with 120 billable hours per month including supervision and treatment planning.
• Provide supervision to ABA therapists to support caseload.
• Lead supervision sessions using behavioral skills training.
• Administer preference and reinforcement assessments as needed.
• Develop behavior support plans tailored to client needs.
• Conduct family training and document data collection.
• Lead team meetings and report on behavior levels; respond to crises using ABA principles.
• Adapt to policy updates while upholding Applied ABC’s core principles.
