Job summary

KDI Office Technology in Mt. Laurel, NJ is seeking a high-performing B2B Outside Sales Account Manager to own and grow the South Jersey territory. You will develop new business, manage key accounts, and present technology solutions.

This role offers a competitive base salary plus commission, comprehensive healthcare, a 401(k) plan, PTO, and ongoing sales training with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outside or inside B2B sales experience (experience selling to C-level executives or within office technology preferred).
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Familiarity with the South Jersey market (Burlington, Camden, Gloucester, Atlantic counties).

Responsibilities

• Drive New Business & Territory Growth through outbound prospecting, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct executive discovery meetings and present tailored technology solutions.
• Manage assigned accounts with regular touchpoints (every 60–90 days) to uncover additional opportunities.
• Maintain disciplined daily activity and manage the sales pipeline in CRM; prepare regular reports.
• Facilitate customer success by addressing concerns and assisting with product orientation after installation.
