Butterfly Effects is seeking a Regional Operations Coordinator in Deerfield Beach to support day-to-day operations for the South Florida region. You will help align schedules, track credentials, and drive onboarding and training milestones to keep clinicians focused on delivering high-quality ABA care.

The role emphasizes organizational excellence, cross-team collaboration, and proactive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with scheduling, credentialing, authorizations, or administrative coordination.
• Experience in healthcare, ABA, or multi-site service environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support scheduling needs across the region to align client services and staff availability.
• Track staff credentialing and re-credentialing for payer and regulatory standards.
• Monitor and submit authorizations with clinical and administrative teams to avoid gaps in service.
• Track technicians in training and onboarding milestones.
• Monitor technician hours to ensure thresholds for certification and readiness.
