Job summary
American Landscaping Partners LLC is seeking a Regional Sales Leader to drive profitable growth across the South and Central Regions. This hands-on role will coach Maintenance Sales Representatives, Account Managers, and Project Managers to win new maintenance contracts, grow existing client relationships, and close installation opportunities.
The leader will own regional sales performance, set standards, and partner with regional leaders to develop plans that meet revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Proven success in commercial sales, sales leadership, or a related role.
- Strong coaching and development capabilities for sales teams.
- Experience building pipelines and negotiating complex contracts.
Responsibilities
- Own regional sales performance across South and Central Regions, including new maintenance sales and project installations.
- Establish sales goals, expectations, and accountability across regions.
- Develop regional sales plans aligned with revenue and profitability objectives.
- Maintain visibility into pipelines, forecasts, and renewal opportunities.
- Coach and support sales reps and account managers to improve win rates and client retention.
- Identify gaps and implement actionable plans to improve results.
