Job summary

Lakeshore Landscaping in the Twin Cities region seeks a Regional Manager to drive profitable growth and oversee P&L performance for multiple branches. You will supervise Branch Managers, Administrators, and regional staff while upholding Lakeshore’s safety, service quality, and technology standards.

You will lead budget development, forecasts, and strategic initiatives, while leveraging Lean practices to improve operations and cost efficiencies across the region.

Qualifications

• 15+ years landscaping management experience.
• Ability to read financial statements/reports.
• Degree in horticulture or related field or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read RFPs and commercial contracts for accurate bids.
• Proficient in Aspire and related technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• Ensure branch managers understand and execute growth strategies for profitability.
• Visit branch and customer locations regularly.
• Manage P&L and annual budgets for the region.
• Lead safety, employee performance and development.
• Coordinate with acquisitions and integrations.
