Responsibilities

• Lead operations, sales performance, and profitability for a portfolio of wholesale branches within an assigned market.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to maximize sales growth and operational performance across all branches.
• Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional customer service and partner with local sales teams to drive branch traffic and strengthen dealer relationships.
• Recruit, hire, train, develop, and motivate Sales Associates, Warehouse Associates/Drivers, and Wholesale Branch Sales Managers while fostering a high-performance culture.
• Conduct regular operational audits, sales reviews, and business performance assessments using BI tools.
• Demonstrate exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, supported by strong integrity and personal accountability.
• Utilize planning and time management to manage multiple priorities and initiatives.
• Drive leadership development initiatives across the region for future leadership opportunities.
• Analyze operational challenges and implement effective solutions to improve processes and profitability.
