Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of construction-industry experience in development, business development, sales, marketing, or preconstruction.
• Bachelor’s degree required in business, marketing, communications, construction management or related field.
• Knowledge of public-sector and institutional construction markets preferred.
• Strong written, verbal, presentation, listening, and interpersonal skills.

Aufgaben

• Research South Carolina markets to identify target clients, opportunities and trends.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline through proactive prospecting and networking.
• Develop trusted relationships with clients, architects, engineers, consultants, and partners.
• Lead pursuit strategy and RFQ/RFP responses, interviews, and presentations.
• Maintain accurate client and opportunity data in Salesforce.
