Job summary

Strong leadership and customer-focused relationships are essential. The position emphasizes safety, training, and operational excellence across field and shop operations, with travel to field locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (accredited) or 4 years of relevant work experience.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in shop supervision and customer service.
• Valid driver’s license required; AEMP Certification preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to read, write, and present information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fleet maintenance and asset management to meet operational needs.
• Supervise technicians, shop staff, and administrative personnel.
• Ensure safety standards, regulatory compliance, and cost controls.
• Deliver financial reviews, align with corporate objectives, and report timely.
