Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or HS Diploma with 4 years of related experience.
• Minimum 5 years in shop supervision and customer service.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• AEMP Certified Equipment Manager preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of technicians and administrative staff to align with corporate objectives.
• Ensure safe, reliable assets and equipment utilization to meet operational requirements.
• Oversee maintenance shops, staffing, and training of mechanics.
• Conduct fleet evaluations and ensure maintenance standards are met.
• Maintain financial review dates, reports, and adherence to programs.
• Lead operational meetings and drive morale, productivity, and efficiency.
