Job summary

The Taylor Group Inc. in Mobile, AL seeks a Regional Sales Manager for Taylor Construction Equipment to drive growth in South Alabama. You will own the branding and revenue strategy, expand the customer base, and coordinate with support teams to meet sales and aftersales goals.

Ideal candidates have a proven track record in heavy equipment sales, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to map strategic territory plans while delivering tailored solutions to customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven sales experience in the construction equipment field.
• Must have retail experience with a construction equipment dealer.
• Experience with financial processes and selling heavy machinery.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory prospecting strategy and forecast.
• Develop new business relationships within the territory.
• Promote aftersales services, parts stock, and financing programs.
• Provide product demos and training on equipment use.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly sales reports for management.
• Monitor market trends and adjust pricing and product mix.
