Job summary

The Taylor Group seeks a Regional Sales Manager to lead Hyundai Construction Equipment sales in South Alabama. You will build relationships, expand the dealer network, and drive revenue while ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability.

Based in Alabama with ~50% travel, you will develop territory strategy, manage product demonstrations, and collaborate with marketing and service teams to grow market share.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven sales experience in the construction equipment field.
• Retail experience with a construction equipment dealer.
• Experience selling ADT's is a huge plus.
• Experience with financial processes and selling heavy machinery.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a prospecting and expansion strategy with a territory forecast for sales, rental sales, and inventory levels.
• Develop new business relationships within your territory.
• Review financial goals while keeping accurate expense data.
• Provide product demos and training sessions covering use, service, and warranty information.
• Identify market needs and growth opportunities to expand business in your territory.
• Promote after-sales, parts stocking, and finance programs; report sales and market share.
