This role primarily supports The Lobby Bar and Club Signia.
The ideal candidate will be a creative culinary professional with 3–5 years of leadership experience in a high-volume setting. Responsibilities include overseeing a team of 10 culinary professionals, managing multiple outlets, ordering, scheduling, mentoring, controlling costs, and contributing to menu development. Hotel experience is preferred. This is a great opportunity for a driven culinary leader to advance their career.
Shift Pattern: Full-Time; availability including weekdays, weekends, and holidays is required.
