Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Culinary degree preferred.
• Five years cooking experience in hospitality.
• Food handlers permit as required by state law/Company standards.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety.

Responsibilities

• Provide high levels of customer service and create a fine dining experience.
• Ensure all food is purchased, stored, prepared and served per guidelines.
• Assist Director of Culinary Services in interviewing, hiring, coaching, training and staff development.
