Qualifications

• Three or more years of culinary experience.
• High school or GED required.
• Ability to organize workloads and meet deadlines.
• Strong leadership and team management skills desirable.
• Experience with Microsoft software programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct all culinary staff to ensure standards and quality.
• Assist in purchasing food, paper, cleaning, bakery, and safety items within budget.
• Assist with menu development, organization and production sheets, and new recipe standards.
• Assist Exec Chef in inspections for sanitation, cleanliness, temperatures using checklists.
• Ensure recipe standards and consistency for a quality product every time.
