• Ability to lead and manage the kitchen staff.

Responsibilities

• Run BOH shifts, supervise kitchen and BOH teams.
• Lead BOH pre-shift meetings and line checks.
• Maintain recipe books with GM/chefs.
• Ensure high-quality menu items through regular line checks.
• Handle daily food orders and inventory.
• Track and control food cost.
• Coordinate FOH/BOH communications.
• Hire, train and develop BOH staff; promote teamwork.
• Handle guest, vendor, and staff challenges with tact and courtesy.
• Work varying shifts including weekends across multiple sites.
