Job summary

Tupelo Honey in Milwaukee is seeking a Kitchen Supervisor to manage opening/closing shifts and oversee BOH operations. You will lead line, prep, expo, and dish execution, ensuring recipe accuracy and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant experience required.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in kitchen preparation and cooking.
• At least 6 months experience in a similar capacity.

Responsibilities

• Open or close the restaurant on a designated shift.
• Oversee BOH shift and ensure all BOH standards are in place.
• Oversee BOH execution including line, prep, expo, and dish.
• Ensure recipe execution and adherence to recipe specs.
• Head the preparation of Tupelo Honey family meal.
• Maintain safety and sanitation per Steritech standards.
• Coach, counsel, discipline and mentor BOH staff.
• Support back of house leadership with BOH supervision; including mentoring of direct reports.
