Job summary

32 Palm, operated by the Harrison Group, is seeking a Sous Chef to join the culinary leadership team at Hilton Ocean City Oceanfront Suites. This hands-on role requires strong leadership and the ability to run the kitchen in the Executive Chef's absence.

The ideal candidate has solid culinary experience, leadership skills, and the capacity to manage a diverse kitchen team while maintaining high standards for food quality and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Two to five years of culinary experience in a high-volume setting.
• Experience supervising or leading a kitchen line in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Run the kitchen confidently when the Executive Chef is away.
• Lead, train, and motivate the kitchen team to maintain quality and safety.
• Oversee scheduling, inventory, and daily kitchen operations.
