You will lead day-to-day operations, train staff, and ensure consistent execution, portion control, and cost awareness during high-volume service.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day kitchen operations and service.
• Support the Chef in running a consistent, efficient kitchen.
• Lead by example on the line and jump into any station when needed.
• Help train and cross-train kitchen staff.
• Maintain standards for food quality, cleanliness and organization.
• Help manage prep levels, pars, ordering and inventory.
• Assist with scheduling and labor management based on projected business levels.
• Contribute ideas to menu development and seasonal features.
